Biography: While attending college for a Bachelors in Fine Arts, I became interested in the possibility of becoming a chef. I have always enjoyed baking and cooking, but never saw myself pursuing a career in this field. One day, it hit me. I'm generally pretty good at baking and cooking and there's too much possibility to get better with the proper tools and education. I can be an artist and a pastry chef. I changed my major. I had originally intended to finish school and open a bakery specializing in off-beat wedding cake "sculpture", but also providing an array of desserts. The idea as snowballed into a catering business. And, hopefully, the rest will be history.
