Laura Dove created Dove Creative Concepts after working and studying in the industry for 15 years. Laura’s passion for the hospitality industry began at a very young age. Highly educated her curriculum includes Johnson & Wales University for Business Management, Le Cordon Bleu for Pastry Arts, International Sommelier Guild for Wine Studies as well as Christies, the famed auction house for Rare and Fine wines. During her education she also travelled around the world several times working in vineyards and restaurants, refining her skills from some of the industry’s greatest talent.
Since then she has worked for the world’s top hotels and restaurants in London, Boston, Sydney, Miami, San Diego and New York. Through her contribution in managing numerous projects she has developed a unique and successful style that continues to lure new projects and exceptional talent.
Her international experience provides a huge contribution in helping clients form their concept and restaurant identity. Her passion lies in managing the details in each step of a restaurants opening, working alongside talented front and back of the house employees, working the restaurant floor while getting to know the guests and building close relationships with her clients.
In order to stay ahead of national and international dining trends, Laura continues to travel the world, educate herself and meet the people that will one day become her client’s restaurant guests.

I lived workrd is Sydney, in 1972 I manged and trained the staff of the Bennelong restaurant, in the Sydney opere House. I also bouught and opened the Abbey restaurnt in Glebe. you may be familiar with this establishments, the best to you, I will follow your progress.
