GET OVER IT!

As a restaurateur, cook, chef, business owner, or even a server or bartender, we have a life outside the walls of work. One of the hardest things to do is to balance our lives in this regard. We have all seen employees, managers, chefs, or even business owners burn out in a few months if not shorter because they cannot balance their work life and their home life. Whether you are new to the business or you have been doing it your whole life, you may have a tough time letting others take on some…See More

Biography
I have been in the restaurant business since I was 15 years old starting off as a dishwasher at an old german restaurant. Since then I have worked my way up through the restaurant hierarchy holding every position in the business. I holds a degree in Business and Music from Westminster College, PA and have completed my Food Manager Certification, Chef Certification, and Business Management Certification. I has traveled all over including the Eastern seaboard, Italy, Ireland, and England experiencing the food and the culture. Every day I bring my creativity to work, making unusual and delicious items from all over the world and from any culture. Blending together flavors and changing the old has become a specialty of mine and I wish to never stop the change.
