- I started in fast food at 15, moved into pizza making - then put myself through college as a Prep Cook, Bartender, and Server. Went into a management training program out of college and ran several steakhouses as a chef, AM, and GM for 20 years with stints thrown in as a bar/night club (live music) manager, restaurant owner, and consultant to startups and remodelers. I now specialize in the food and beverage industry, food manufacturing, organic, and warehouse/distribution in IPM pest control for all needs.
