Biography: Karsten is a partner in the Gasysco Group, Ideenbroker Consulting Group and the network "Wirtschaftswunder". He represents different restaurant concepts like "Spitz" or "Coa". His company Ideenbroker is a foodservice consulting group with own architects, designer and business experts. His practice includes matters such as restaurant concepts, structuring food franchise programmes and trainings.

His clients include pilot restaurants, mid-sized restaurant and food franchisers and several breweries. Karsten worked before he started his own business for one of Germany´s leading breweries. That´s why he and his partners got excellent contacts into the european beverage industry.
