The Melting Post, Fondue concept sounds really interesting. I see that you are looking at Toronto for expansion. How about other places in the USA?

Yes, I have studied wine but more on the marketing side. I worked as a "sommelier" ( i never called myself that way though) to see how you could sell wine in a restaurant. It was a great experience! But restaurant is not my favorite place to be.
I live in Greece alright, it's a very beautiful country for holidays ...not that much for work though! Hard to find employers that can appreciate your worth! but then again, that happens all over the world!
So what kind of wine programms do you do? I'm afraid I do not know the chain restaurant you work for...tell me details, where is it?what do you do?Where in canada do you want to expand?
