Biography: Worked as a waiter, manager and trainer traveling the US in seasonal resort towns. Wrote Restaurant Success: Organization and Training, a manual detailing how restaurant service, skills and organization must be coordinated. Using this material, I developed the cirriculum and taught Dining Room Service and Beverage Identification for The Art Institute of Atlanta. Started Restaurant Success Inc. consulting in '02, writing training material, training service staff and opening restaurants. Went international corporate in '07. Focusing on extenting this area while continuing to grow indepent client base. Launching a new web based service in June '08.
