Jim,
I have purchased copies of your book on multi-unit leadership for the people in my department. I am a fan! Thanks for putting together in one book what it took many of us years to learn.

Jim, welcome to the site. I have always been a huge fan of your stuff and have used it over and over again in teaching and coaching my team. We just completed a total review of your MUM book complete with each MUM taking a chapter and presenting to our group what they learned from their section. Now we dig into the details.

It is awesome to finally see some training for these unsung heroes of the industry!

Thanks again!
Andy
