Biography
I've worked in the restaurant industry since I was 18. I started off as a hostess in a casual restaurant and moved "up" to server after a few months. Took on a new position as a hostess at a fine dining restaurant. After that I worked in sales in the restaurant industry, then marketing for restaurant and then managed a restaurant for a few months. Now, I'm back to being a hostess in a fine dining restaurant and am working on starting my own Marketing Consulting business for restaurants.

It is the least expensive form of marketing, but it can backfire if you are not careful.

I think marketing can be tricky if you don't know what you're doing. I always thought that restaurant marketing was the only type of marketing I could ever be… Continue

Hi, Jenny,
I checked out your blog. What fun! I love how you celebrate your awesomeness and cover everything from food to "The Secret" to celebrities. Way to go! You have such an advantage with your skills and education. Good luck to you and feel free to ask me anything! I've made all the mistakes, trust me.

Hi Jenny,

Don't let the world harsh your mellow! Life's too good.

When it comes to venting, nothing beats bitterwaitress.com
