Biography: I started working in the hospitality industry at 16. Waiting, bartending, Managment training programs. Started my Management at The Manor Tavern in Northern Baltimore County and 5 years later moved to Phillips Seafood. After completing a 6 month Management program I began my new position with Phillips. A year later i moved over to corporate - Phillips Foods and began what led to be a 10 year term as Executive Assistant to Mark Sneed and Steve Phillips, President and CEO of Phillips Foods. Recently was promoted to Corporate Director of Training and here i am!
