Biography
I started working in the hospitality industry at 16. Waiting, bartending, Managment training programs. Started my Management at The Manor Tavern in Northern Baltimore County and 5 years later moved to Phillips Seafood. After completing a 6 month Management program I began my new position with Phillips. A year later i moved over to corporate - Phillips Foods and began what led to be a 10 year term as Executive Assistant to Mark Sneed and Steve Phillips, President and CEO of Phillips Foods. Recently was promoted to Corporate Director of Training and here i am!
Vegas was terrific. I have been hard at work. I will have to stop by and see you soon. I am spenidng alot of time down town this summer. Are you around?
I had a nice time. Thanks for recomending the Wynn for breakfast. I also hit the rum Jungle and Tao. Good food, good drink, a little sun and a few donations at the tables.
Now that is a true fan! Wearing the Purple and Black to a cocktail party. I look forward to bumoing into to you in the city. I am out there quite a bit in the summer.
Hi Jennifer, Saw a comment that you wrote that you were looking for a way to share ideas about training. My recommendation is for you to check out CHART, the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers.
