I have asked the bar manager at my first store for the PB Rollout to see if he can get just the bartenders for a quick intorductory meeting for me on Wednesday. I am going to do an ice breaker that involves them working as a team, then I want to do cute little ice breakers for other associates during shift meetings, and I want to do some great contests and really pump up the energy for the Perfect Beer. I want to get them so excited that they will all become obsessed about it. I also want them to BE leaders of it. I am not quite sure how I can do that, but to make it fun and basically get them to trust in themselves and in the product as much as I do. I really like to push things and make people think outside of the box. What do you think? Do you have any great suggestions for me? I really respect what you have to say, and I want to learn!! Thank you!
