Biography
Jeff started his own company in 2002 to help hospitality corporations with their E-Learning strategy and implementation. Currently DiscoverLink is in their 10th year and employ over 25 fulltime employees and contractors. Prior to that he was Vice President of Product Development at the Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Jeff was responsible for a national E-Business solution. Prior to that Jeff was employed by Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores for 17 years. There, Jeff designed and executed on a strategy that consisted of an online curriculum for the restaurants companies 50,000 skill level employees and managers. Jeff has experience in the hospitality industry since 1979 and was focused in E-Learning strategies & development since 1994. Jeff has completed over 1000 E-Learning courses for +30 major restaurant corporations and has saved them over 200 million dollars to date.
