Biography
After graduating with a BA in English, and spending a couple years in retail, online sales, and management I decided it was time to chase the dream and I left for culinary school. Graduated From The Culinary Institute of America in May 07 and started work. I have been a manager for a kosher camp kitchen and had other casual and fast food experience before school, and have since worked in upscale casual and fine dining restaurants, currently with Michael Ginor. I'm looking to increase my experience and knowledge base.
