My first "real" job was as a busboy at Macaroni Grill. I leaned on this experience when I wrote my first bestselling career book at age 18. The most popular page in that book was a diagram on how to tie a tie--which I learned in that first "real" job! I followed my first book with four more including my newest book, Y-Size Your Business: How Gen Y Employees Can Save You Money and Grow Your Business.
