- Biography
- I've been working in restaurants since the age of 16, starting as a server, then a bartender, and eventually finding my calling in the kitchen, working as a line cook, then a kitchen manager/sous chef, and a catering manager for a busy banquet hall in San Diego, working with and developing menus for weddings, retirement parties, etc. I have a bachelors degree in marketing from Albany State University in upstate New York, but to be honest, I learned an awful lot more about business and life by experience than I ever did in any classes.
In researching the marketplace I found FohBoh, and I was blown away - I think it's a great idea, I mean some of my closest friendships were formed in restaurants. I'm looking forward to meeting lots of new and interesting people in the industry, and hopefully forming long lasting friendships and business relationships... I'm more than open to meeting cool new people in the southern California area who want to meet up for food, drink and laughs, and if you're interested in harnessing the business power that's available on the internet I would love to discuss some of the things that my business can do for you.
