Biography

I have opened four restaurants, worked in every segment of food service operations except prisons and schools. I have been on the foodservice sales side for 5 years. I have a passion for great service, great food, and great atmosphere. I believe as an industry. we need to go back to grassroots and focus on creating an experince for the customer.
