Many of the factors that I have been seeing are a large number of people say they care about healthy foods, ingredients and so on , but when it comes time to eat a much smaller percentage actually follow through and pay attention to what is in the product breakdown and portion sizes when dining out. I have been reading so many reports an articles lately with the classes that I am taking. I keep everything on hard copy and will forward the link or copy as soon as I relocate.

I was wondering if you had the source to your stat "There is about 23% of guests who will be looking for nutritional labeling." from your response to the nutrition information discussion. I've been hearing so many variations of that number ranging from the number you noted to almost 80. I'm trying to narrow down the actual number, although I'm sure there are many factors. Hope to hear back soon!
