- I'm from South Bend, go Irish, i'm a collage graduate currently in search of a new postion. I started in restaurants when i was in collage; washed dished bussed tables waited tables and bartended. I have a degree in small business/Entrepreneurship from Ball State University. I started my professional carreer as a server at TGI Friday's and was promoted into management their. I worked for Friday's for nearly eight years before leaving to take a position with Applebee's. What a great company i was hired as a senior level manager and worked as a service manager and a kitchen manager before i was promote to my last position as General Manager. I was in that postion for three years and was very good at it. Its all about the people and their developement, take care of the people and they will take care of your business.
