I am a commercial real estate broker based out of Indianapolis. My current business includes leasing properties in the Indianapolis area, and representing tenants throughout the midwest. I am also begining to aquire commercial retail/restaurant/empty properties to "flip" and/or develop.
I am currently representing Landlords and Retailers/Restaurantuers in the Midwest, looking to lease or buy space.

Cool. Thanks for getting back to me on that, Jake. Another question for you....since TCBY and the Frozen Yogurt trend seems to be on the downturn, isn't it a little late for a new concept like that? Unless they have something very unique to offer? Just wondering what your thoughts were.
