- Jackie M is the founder of Jackie M Malaysian Cuisine. She started running weekly market stalls at various Sydney locations in 2002, and as the business grew, she moved her operations into commercial premises in the inner-western suburb of Concord in 2005.
Jackie M's range of frozen packs & cooking aids is highly regarded, and she has been approached in the past by a prestigious deli chain to produce them under their own label. Her curries have also recently piqued the interest of a 5-star international hotel.
Jackie comes from an eclectic work and educational background - prior to embarking on a food career, she was an IT consultant for many years, working in both Sydney and London. She graduated from Sydney University in 1992 with a degree in Arts (Languages). She also used to co-host a movie review segment in a weekly show on the community TV channel, CH31.
