We have added a new product to the platform - Goslyn Grease Recovery Device and the Trustwater System is coming. We have the greenest cooking platform in the US and more than 1000 better-for-you recipes to go with the platform. We are going to focus on non-traditional foodservice operations. We provide foodservice concepts and turnkey business & operations services. We have eliminated the need for vent hoods, fire suppression system and fryers in the kitchen - yet we can serve the best fries and appetizers like poppers, fried cheese, wings, etc. We can help clients – soup to nuts from planning, budgeting, performance consulting to full turnkey foodservice concepts.

We also have patented technology that separates and removes fats, oil and grease from restaurant affluent. After going through device, the water going down the drain is 98.7% clean. It is the Goslyn Grease Recovery Device. In several cities we have been approved to install our product in place of a traditional grease trap. I am working with one client now. The Trustwater System will eliminate the need for any type of cleaning chemicals (bleach and ammonia cleaner) from the kitchen.
