In which categories do you purchase, or specify the purchase of products for your organization?: Dry Goods, Fresh Foods, Frozen Foods

Biography: I started in the foodservice industry cleaning bathrooms at a diner in South Jersey. Now I am a Corporate Chef in Indianapolis.
I'm also a CIA Grad of 1994.

It was a very rustic, country kitchen.
My tools were my great- grandfathers knife and a stump butcher block. This will be one of my most memorable Thanksgivings.
