Biography: Born and raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Started working in a local high-end bakery/caterie and worked my way through another bakery and a high-end restaurant gaining much experience. In high school I won several awards and scholorships within the foodservice industry. I attended Johnson&Wales University (Charleston) from 1994 to 1998 earning a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. From then I have worked at several 4-star restaurants (BoH and FoH). I have managed restaurants in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.

Years in the Industry: I have 18 years in the business.
