Biography: I've been a: dishwasher, busser, server, manager, prep guy, line cook, bartender, and most any job you can have in a restaurant; not to mention my stellar time working in a frozen yogurt shop and working at a hotdog and beer joint in a mall food court.

I'm a culinary school graduate and I grew up in a house where my parents were addicted to eating ethnic food from around the globe.
