During the creation of enomatic wine serving systems™, Roberto Rinaldini, founder of Rinaldini Distribution, Inc., relocated with his family from Chianti – Italy to the United States where he became the first official importer and distributor of Enomatic. Since February of 2003, Rinaldini Distribution, Inc., has been the dealing and serving enomatic wine serving systems™ in the 18 Western United States.

The founders Ricardo Gosi and Lorenzo Bencista have now expanded their state-of-the-art wine preservation and serving system to over fifty countries around the world, revolutionizing the traditions of serving and enjoying premium wines.

Darden Announces Leadership Succession Plan

Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: DRI) announced that Clarence Otis is stepping down as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Darden's Board of Directors has appointed the Company's current Independent Lead Director, Charles A. Ledsinger, Jr., as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. The Company also announced that it has amended its corporate governance policies to provide for the separation of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer roles.
