Biography
After 30+ years in the medical field I decided it was time to follow my heart's desire to become a chef. With no experience in the food industry I enrolled in culinary school at Orlando Culinary Academy, did my externship with Chef Alan Gould at Villas of Grand Cypress, and currently working to establish my own catering business. I was born in Jamaica so my style of cooking is heavily influenced by the colors, flavors, and foods of the Caribbean as well as other global interests.

It just kinda fell into my lap. The two owners are looking to retire and by this time next year are looking to sell me the company. I got really lucky.
