Biography: After 30+ years in the medical field I decided it was time to follow my heart's desire to become a chef. With no experience in the food industry I enrolled in culinary school at Orlando Culinary Academy, did my externship with Chef Alan Gould at Villas of Grand Cypress, and currently working to establish my own catering business. I was born in Jamaica so my style of cooking is heavily influenced by the colors, flavors, and foods of the Caribbean as well as other global interests.
