Biography
I am the founder and CEO of Resercom, a DFW-based restaurant online ordering company. The original concept for RAZ, the Resercom online ordering solution, was conceived during my experience in the restaurant industry (I worked in the trenches as a waiter in many different concepts). I believe this first-hand experience was critical to understanding the needs of the restaurant industry and operator. I hope this is shows in the RAZ solution.
Prior to launching Resercom, I was the co-founder and vice president for a start-up online hospitality services company. Upon my departure from this company, I really began to study patron practices, food service trends and emerging technologies to make Resercom more than just an online ordering company for restaurants.
