Biography: Graduated from West Georgia College. Shortly after I graduated I began working in Training for Bennigan's Tavern. From there I went to go work for Applebee's in the Training Dept. At Applebee's I was fortunate to work for both the Corporate as well as the Franchise side of the Business. I did everything from Opening Restaurants as a Road Warrior in my role as the Senior Training Consultant to overseeing the Management Training Program as a Regional Training Manager. I left for a short while to open my own Tea Room/Bookstore here in Atlanta. Two years ago I joined Moe's Southwest Grill as the Director of Training. We have most recently been purchased by FOCUS Brands who also owns Schlotzsky's, Cinnabon and Carvel. I have a fabulous job and I work with fabulous people. It's ALL GOOD!

If you are still in Atlanta let's try to get together in the next couple of weeks. I still stay in touch with a few people from the apple world but not too many. I do have dinner with Bill Palmer and his wife as well as spend time with them at the lake,Brian Keiser and I are still very close too. My cell is 404.877.8859 so call anytime.
