Hows the weather? I used to live in Detroit so I know what it like this time of year...coooolllllddddd! Hey I got a recipe for the Worlds best Hot Chocolate. Take the Grand Cru 65% from Venezuela ( which was voted the best couverture in the world) and milk. Heat 1 liter of milk, add 250 grams 65% and let stand for 1 minute. blend with a buerre mixer and serve. The best you have tasted..
