I'm really excited about this place. I didn't find out about it till a month ago but it is very robust. I can't wait to see the new sections on financing, etc.
I have a lot of experience, but have a lot to learn, so I expect to give as good as I get in this forum.

I'm not sure if you refer to food types or cuisine styles in not receiving enough exposure. What I can tell you is I'm working on my first media kit to post to our web page. We are not yet Zagat rated, and our local press has paid little attention to us. (We only started allowing public use recently.)
What kind of things do you want to see covered in the press?
