Biography
David Hick, Account Manager, brings 15 years of management experience to Talent Edge Solutions Inc. First and foremost, Dave is a Chef. His apprenticeship under Master Chef's Richard Haute and David Alsop helped prepare him to earn his Red Seal certification in 1994. As an entrepreneur, he has run his own operation and has been active in implementing management and human resource strategies for a wide variety of high profile hospitality operations over the course of his career. Prior to coming on board with Talent Edge Solutions Inc., David was engaged as a department manager and chef with a number of industry leaders including Intrawest, and the Lanarkshire Group.
David has provided recruitment services to companies ranging in size from neighbourhood pubs to international restaurant chains such as: Red Robin Restaurants of Canada, Boutique Hotels and Resorts of BC, Cactus Club, Cara foods and Capers markets just to name a few. He has also consulted on many hospitality industry projects for some of Canada's top commercial real estate divisions, including N.A.I. commercial, and Remax Canada.

Hi mr Dave. I am working for west coast resorts starting next week.opening up a place for them in the queen charlottes. Going up for june 1st. 4 month contract and if i like it who knows..they are considering a restaurant here in vancouver tying to diversify from fishing lodges, I am getting a very handsome pay package so 4 months ok and i get free flights etc.Beer before i go? cheers Robert
hey, wild site.I am not a facebook type person so this will be a little hard to get used to.oh I have been offered a chef job at milestones,trying it out on friday.If i like it ill get a store to run somewhere.Also the plaza 500...but its kinda lower tier so dont know.Paycheck though haha.Oh i heard that lcy mae brown has turned into a crap hole, lots of drugs etc, too bad if true i heard it used to be good.
