Blue Duck Tavern is good... so is Sonoma on Capitol Hill and Mendocino in Georgetown for dinners...
My girlfriend works for Todd Gray at Equinox, another great "Ethnic American" Restaurant... I used to work there as well.
2 Amys Pizza is pretty good, but Rustico is Awesome, Frank Morales is also on FOHBOH, and they are in Alexandria.
Lots of good stuff... for an all out experience - CityZen at the Mandarin Oriental takes the cake.
You know, I don't have a favorite red wine. I haven't found one that I really enjoy yet. I prefer more of the whites, and blushes. Do you have any recommendations for me?
