So I am shopping for cheese at Lafayette, La's Fresh Market. Low and behold I catch sight of the Sept issue of Wine Spectator and right on the cover is "100 Great Cheeses". I read thru the articles on cheese and begin to search for the cheeses in the markets cheese case. Did I say I liked Cheddar ... and philly cream cheese, now who wouldn't like philly.
I like the boursin pepper cheeses and herb cheeses based on philly.

My favorite Cheeses would be Cherry Gourmandise , Gouda smoked kings choice ,Asiago ,
Cammbert ,Stilton I can go on and on
Boursin Herb I use in a lot of recipes that call for cream cheeses , I make a shiitake &crab cheese cake thats to die for or so I have been told
Right now I am unemployed I know the cost of these products one case of boursin costs about $ 40.00
in this market things are tight and cheese can be down right pricey . Ten years ago when things were better I would have jumped right in . until I get back to work I am up a bayou without a pushpole
