Biography

Born and raised in Reno, Clint spent the early years of his life in the family butcher shop. As a fourth generation butcher, he apprenticed under masters of the craft processing just about every animal from carcass to kitchen. After his apprenticeship he moved onto learn the preparation skills for all those cuts of meat at Glenn Hare's Culinary Arts program under Chef Lee Wilhelm. Once his culinary skills were honed, Clint went on to develop and manage one of the largest catering companies in Reno, NV to deliver his family's tradition all the way to the plate.
Clint realized that his real passion in the food industry lies in helping others realize glory and has recently turned his focus to business development and foodservice marketing with his up and coming Digital Marketing Firm- FoodBizWiz.
