HOLA!! we are just getting back from our trek to machu picchu....4 days....up hill. I mean, not just up hill, straight up hill. Except when it was down hill...and I mean straight down hill. Did I say hill, I mean steps. Not just steps, but steps that are about six inches higher then steps. It was the single most self justifying, self gratifying and self motivating thing that any of us have done. Christy was amazing, in that she has never done anything athletic, and pushed herself past what her body was able to do. Only out done by a 57 year old sweedish woman who also "not a sporter."
