Dear Christie,
Good afternoon! I hope your week is starting out great! I manage a recruiting firm for the hospitality and retail industry. Our web site is www.mthrailkill.com if you would care to peruse it.
I am currently conducting a search in Los Angeles for a Leadership Training Specialist for one of our retail clients. I am looking for someone who has experience in facilitating leadership training workshops, directing structured learning experiences, coaching individuals and managing group discussions. This person will also offer advisement on any development of training tools, systems and processes. I am looking for someone who is more focused on leadership development, leadership studies, helping teams and leaders operate more effectively as a team. This is not an operations skill level training role.
My client would love to find someone in Southern CA so they do not incur a large relocation expense. I would greatly appreciate any idea's or recommendations that you could share with me. I have a base salary of 80 to 90K plus 15% bonus potential and a variety of other perks.
I appreciate your time and any assistance you can offer! Thank you!
Sincerely,
Marcie
Just wanted to let you know that I have changed the name of the Portland Food Network to the Pacific NorthWest Food Network. I wanted to broaden the scope and geography of it all. There is a lot more going on than just Portland/Oregon. Invite your friends to the group and start posting. (I know it says portlandfoodnetwork, but I could not change that part)
