Before joining Raising Canes I worked mainly in full service restaurants. I've ran the gambit like most, having been a busboy, server, bartender, line cook, trainer, you get the point. My first QSR job came with Canes and it's been the best experience, hands down. After being hired I quickly worked from being an hourly crewmember to becoming a Shift Manager. From there I had interest in joining the New Store Opening (NSO) team and had the opportunity to join the training team as an NSO Trainer. After just a few openings I became an NSO Lead who facilitates the opening of the new locations. I have taken a manager role now with the NSO Department and have opened 32 of our 70 locations. With more stores on the horizon I'll definately be busy.

Nice photo! Where were you at when it was taken?
It looks like a resort, from the hotels in the background.
