Hi Chris, I'm glad I came across you. We provide service in NJ and Staten Island for commercial kitchen equipment. We are the premier company in our area as you can see on our website. We are the East Coast Distributor for Montague Equipment which I know is in Red Lobsters across the country. We have a large warehouse full of O.E.M. parts at discounted rates. It would be of great savings for Darden Group to have us be their parts distributor.

If possible, let me know any info. Thanks!!

Hi there. Right now the spice company is in development. the website is www.saucyrubs.com. I have a few spices that I am testing and working through all the "fun" of securing bottles, people to blend and such. So, it's a lot of make a spice, grill off chicken, steak and the like to test it. Then send out the ones that pass my tongue to friends/family.

The Catering Co is www.crosswindcatering.com. I am actually a hired hand on that one. A friend went into business and asked me to help.

Thanks for your tortilla help! I tried and tried and finally broke down and had my bf call his sister in TX. She makes her own all the time and managed to talk him through it; they cut way back on the fat and they tortillas came out perfect. Puffy bubbles everywhere and soft! Still working on getting them to look vaguely like circles, though. :)

Hi Chris; glad to meet another Mexican foodie. AND I'm happy to see Shiner Bock on your list of fav beers (yaaay Tejas!). Maybe your cooking expertise can help me out; I made some bizarre flour tortillas last night (tasted ok, but inflexible)...my first attempt. Any tips? Anyway, welcome!

Hello Chef! Thanks for joining the Chef Education Group ~ I chair the Education Committee for the Georgia Restaurant Association/ACF Chefs RT and hope this Group will help us in creating and sharing innovative ways for chefs to continue their education.

I see you are at the Darden Group. Are you located in Orlando? The second Seasons 52 here in Atlanta opened up in my neighborhood and I am most grateful it is so close.

I sent you a Friend Request.

Have fun!

Holly
