Biography: Education includes Ivy Tech College, IUPUI, Laverenne Paris, Purdue University, City University, all ProStart Summer Institues.
Now teaching high school Culinary Arts Prostart, grades 9-10-11-12.

Great to have you here. I wish there would have been more teachers and programs like ProStart when I started out.

I have been teaching at a culinary school in Austin for the last five years. I have thought a lot about teaching high school some day. I also currently teach middle schoolers at the Young Chefs Academy a kids cooking school.
