Great to have you here. I wish there would have been more teachers and programs like ProStart when I started out.
I have been teaching at a culinary school in Austin for the last five years. I have thought a lot about teaching high school some day. I also currently teach middle schoolers at the Young Chefs Academy a kids cooking school.
