- Electronics Technician in the Submarine Force for several years. Started in a Steak and seafood restaurant/ bar. Then worked with Pizza Hut for a few years learning much about marketing along the way. Worked in managment with several full service casual restaurants. Started building restaurants for Papa John's Pizza and learned much about construction and restaurant design and setup. Ran operations in a few different markets of 10 or more stores. Spent much of my time training others and grooming people for supervisor roles. Moved to owning a Pizza store and turning it into a money maker.

Glad to hear from you. The training department is going through some growing pains as we try to make a move toward online training versus paper-based training.
Nice numbers for this year! I know a lot of groups that would love to have those sales figures.
I have a couple of things posted on the group site but would love you to share your experience with us also. Look forward to sharing best practices!

There is a Papa John's group you should join. Just search through the groups and select it. We are just getting started (15 members) but hope to be sharing best practices within the group.
