It was a regular day and I was going to stop at the local, newly remodeled King Soopers (A Kroger grocery store) to pick up some items. The words “leader” and “leadership” used to be widely accepted definitions of person(s) at the very top. Now, they have been widely broadened to reflectively include those who contribute to the process of moving things forward at any level, in any business setting.
