Thanks for connecting, Funny story... just this past week I stopped into a (large midwest chain) convenient store. I was non-greeted at the counter where the 2 employees were exercising complete indifference to my presence. In a LOUD tone I said to them " Welcome to UDF! My name is Doug, did you find everything you are looking for?" They both looked at me with amazement. The first words spoken by one of the cashiers were.. "are you some kind of mystery shopper, because that's what we are supposed to say". ;)
