Thanks for the tip I'll check it out. As for school the students will start arriving after labor day. If you know any prospects that will be coming to school have them look me up. Gotta get the vacation in before the academic year starts.
ORA is to close to some major events with the new students so I will have to try for next year. Never been....
I'd try used restaurant equipment (unless you require new). I'm not sure what's located in Eugen but PDX has several options. Also try Oregon Restaurant Association's website vendors list www.ora.org.
