Brian Walsh said… - That's funny. I worked for Applebee's for 8 years, mostly when I was in Vegas. I did 13 openings for Applebee's before I felt like I had done as much as I wanted to with the company. Then I went to Cheesecake. My only regret was I didn't start at Cheesecake sooner. Feel free to bounce ideas off of me. I don't know if it will be the best to compare as Cheesecake and Applebee's are so different. Yes it's all the restaurant business, but just the volume of business we do and the systems and everything is just so different.
