Wrote a industry best seller LIttle Brown Book of Restaurant Success now have two more books. Work with clients like Disney, Nordstrom Cafes, Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, deliver keynote speeches, wrote Service Excellence for Marriott, work worldwide...training, coaching and teaching.
