Hello Bill, long time no hear. I am still in Dallas and now work for Le Cordon Bleu. I am the Program Chair for the culinary school here. The school is only 2 years old, but we have about 800 students on campus to date. I sort of like this teaching thing, it keeps me busy. How are things at JWU, you are still there, right? If so, tell everyone I said hi, and let me know if you ever in town.
