Anissa, sorry to hear all that you are going through regarding the restaurant. In my opinion, I believe it will be extremely tough to sell a closed restaurant. Any value to your business is based on an established concept and revenue generated, which has come to a screeching halt.

I would not let that keep you from trying however. I don't know the history of your business. Such as how long you were established, were you making a profit, did you have a loyal following, etc. If that's the case you may find someone locally willing to reopen under the same concept and name. Again, that will be tough.

If you have the capital and passion to reopen, that could be a consideration as well. Follow your heart and your gut instinct.
