Biography

I have worked in the industry for over a decade in every outlet from dive bar to fine dining. My passion for wine has allowed me to pursue opportunities beyond the restaurant scene: I have had stints as a sales representative for a wine wholesaler, an intern at the Christie's wine department, and a writer for a wine magazine
