Biography: I started with Applebee's as a Server and Expo. As I continued with the company I was developed into a completely cross-trained Associate who was also a certified Apple Elite for The Rose Group. I then moved into Management with the company and finally came to rest in the Corporate Office as the HR/Training Specialist.

I now work with all of the Managers in the system, hourly Associates, and Executive Operators. I work with both Human Resources and Training Departments to help bridge the two with alignment.

As much as I try to stay abreast of the current topics of our country and the economy there is also a part of me that continues to defy that anything is really wrong. Old School BH 90210 OR The New BH 90210???

Finding the time for "the important stuff"

Part of my job includes doing an internal audit on our associate files to ensure both legal and training compliance. Not the most glamorous part of my job description, but, a necessary one none the less.
